The website offers links and resources to help make the transition to organic as well as the latest research, tools and techniques.

US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Organic Production

The USDA has a section of its website related to organic production. Organic production is addressed by several USDA agencies (Agricultural Marketing Service, Economic Research Service, Agricultural Research Service). Programs include: national organic certification, economic data collection and reporting, trade assistance, research grants, and information services.

New Hampshire Department of Agriculture

The NH Department of Agriculture provides information on a variety of topics of interest to New Hampshire's farmers. It includes the laws and rules that apply to agriculture, a weekly market bulletin, and the organic processor certification program.

UNH Cooperative Extension

Research-based education and information that strengthens youth, families, and communities, sustains natural resources, and improves the economy. Access to publications, news, events, and programs. Has a Dairy Management Specialist,a focus on the dairy industry, and a program on agricultural business management.

Northeast Organic Dairy Producers Alliance

A resource for organic dairy farmers, organic milk producers and consumers interested in organic dairy farming and products. Provides information about organic standards, an organic business directory, calendar of events, organic certifying agencies, and organic dairying news.

New England Small Farm Institute

The New England Small Farm Institute supports sustainable small-scale agriculture and beginning farmers throughout the Northeast. The website offers programs and resources; a small farm resource matching service; business and farm skills training; and special projects. They manage the Lampson Brook Farmstead for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. They have a list of recommended agricultural websites and agricultural libraries with live links which may be of interest.
